I don’t want people to work with me because they find me in a Google search

I don’t want people to call me simply because they found me in an HR Directory

I don’t expect people to give me public testimonials, when so much of my work is confidential

I do want people to select or refer me because they know me, they know what I am good at and are more than happy to recommend me to others.
